The translucent propeller moulding shown on the pictures page reveals the alignment and uniform distribution of the 'glass fibre reinforcement. This was achieved by using a "long" fibre reinforcement and by filling the mould through a central gate that was flared to align the 'glass without shattering during injection. Tricky!
Production propellers are pigmented black.
